Nova Trade — Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Nova Trade ("Nova Trade", "we", "us") about your use of the Nova Trade website, dashboard, browser extension and any related service (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What Nova Trade is
Nova Trade is a trading assistant for the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team transfer market. It records market data you see, ranks opportunities, tracks your profit, and can place bids and purchases for you through the game's own web app, within limits you control.
Nova Trade is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or any of its companies. "EA SPORTS FC" and "Ultimate Team" are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.
2. Use at your own risk: bans and account action
Using any third-party tool with EA SPORTS FC, including Nova Trade, carries a risk of action against your EA account. That includes transfer-market restrictions, temporary bans, and permanent bans. EA decides whether and when to take action, and we have no control over it.
We have worked to lower that risk: Nova Trade limits how many actions it takes per hour, how long a session runs, and how buying compares with searching, and it can be stopped remotely. You can change the recommended limits; if you raise them, you accept the higher risk that comes with it. Lower risk is not no risk. Nova Trade is not ban-free and is never sold as undetectable.
You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any ban, restriction, loss of coins, items or progress, or any other action taken against your EA account, whatever the cause and whatever settings you used.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password and license key private.
- One account per person. Your license is for your own use and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
- Each plan allows a set number of devices. Signing in on more devices than your plan allows will be refused until you remove one.
- You're responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are sold as passes, not subscriptions. A Monthly pass lasts 30 days from activation. A Season pass lasts until the next EA SPORTS FC edition is released; after that, a new pass is needed for the new game.
- Passes do not renew automatically. When a pass ends, the Service stops until you buy another one.
- Payment is made through PayPal. Your pass is activated once we have confirmed the payment, which you do by submitting your PayPal transaction ID in the dashboard.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. A price change never affects a pass you've already paid for.
- Features marked "coming soon" are not part of any pass until they are released.
5. Refunds
A refund is only available if you request it within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, no refund is given for any reason.
A ban, restriction or any other action on your EA account is not a reason for a refund, including a ban within the first 24 hours. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share, resell or publish your license key or account;
- reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the extension, or try to bypass its safety limits, device limits or license checks;
- use the Service to attack, overload or interfere with our systems or anyone else's;
- file a payment dispute or chargeback for a payment that the Refund Policy doesn't cover.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares its license, abuses free trials, or files an unjustified chargeback. When that happens, no refund is given for the remaining time on a pass. You can stop using the Service at any time.
8. Data
We store your account details, your devices, and the trading and activity data the extension reports, so we can run the Service and show you your statistics. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account through our Discord support channel.
The extension sends:
- Sign-in and sign-out, search metadata (a hash of the search and the number of results, never the listings), search and settings changes, errors and periodic heartbeats.
- Buy attempts: the card and trade id, the target and listed price, the outcome and how long it took. Nothing beyond what the web app already showed you.
- Trades and profit or loss, worked out on your device.
- How well each saved search performs (coins per hour), so your stats survive a reinstall.
- Risk events: what the safety limits allowed or blocked, and why.
- The extension version, an install id and error reports (the message and stack, never what you typed).
Market listings never leave your browser. You can stop sending usage data with the "Share usage data" switch in the extension's Account screen. The license check still runs with it off, and sends only the install id, the version and a device fingerprint hash.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or compatible with every change EA makes to its game or web app. Market data and rankings are estimates, not financial advice, and past results don't predict future ones.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of coins, items, EA account access or profit. Our total liability for anything related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version and effective date above and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
